Return Policy
Beginning January 15th, 2007, Advanced Micro Services will implement a simplified 15-day product return policy for all items covered by a manufacturer's returns policy. For your convenience, the policy provides 15 days from the invoice date to the issuance of a Return Authorization (RA).
This change consolidates multiple, disparate guidelines into a single, standardized policy for all returns and, in general, will be easier to understand because it is consistent with the policies of other IT distributors. Additionally, this policy enhances our ability to process credit in a more timely manner and enables us to give you more expedient and consistent responses to your returns requests.
Please be aware that a limited number of manufacturers require pre-authorization for product returns. If you wish to return these manufacturers' products, you can help ensure your return is processed promptly and accurately by proactively obtaining the required pre-authorization from the manufacturer before you request an RA from Advanced Micro Services. Additionally, certain product returns require serial number confirmation prior to an RA being issued. If the manufacturer's return policy does not allow a product to be returned, then the item will not be returnable to Advanced Micro Services. Any item returned outside of these guidelines will be returned to you.

Your obligations to us:
It is the Client's responsibility to check with Advanced Micro Services that open source software is being used or not.
Advanced Micro Services do not charge customers for open source software. If there is a charge for a website using open source software, you are paying for the installation time. Open source software is not owned by Advanced Micro Services or our Client.
All images displayed on the Client's website are the sole responsibility of the client regarding usage and copyright. Should any legal issues or claims arise from the Content or copyright of any images supplied by the Client OR Advanced Micro Services, they will be the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to a website developed by Advanced Micro Services before being made live for use. Where Bugs, errors or other issues are found after the site is live, Advanced Micro Services will endeavor to correct these issues to meet the standards of function outlined in the brief free of charge for the first 12 months only.
The Client shall be responsible for ensuring that all material provided to Advanced Micro Services is accurate and is either owned by the Client or that the Client has permission of the owner for the material to be used.
The Client is expected to supply Advanced Micro Services with the content / materials required to complete the website within a reasonable time. If the content is not supplied to Advanced Micro Services within 90 days, Advanced Micro Services reserve the right to cancel the agreement.
